Mental Health First Aiders

Let’s talk about mental health

1 in 4 people will be affected by mental health in their lifetime.

Mental health conditions refer to a wide range of mental health problems that can affect our mood, thinking and behaviour.

To enable us to spot some of the signs and symptoms of someone struggling with their mental health and better educate ourselves as a company Gray and Sons have recently trained 4 members of staff in Mental Health First Aid at St Johns Ambulance Training Centre in Milton Keynes.

Being registered with the CITB has meant that we can offer this training to multiple staff members which we in turn hope will reduce the stigma of mental health and encourage staff to seek assistance if needed.
