Project

Stopsley High School

LUTON

£550K

20 WEEKS

The Details

The construction of this special inclusion unit was part of a four unit scheme that was constructed over four separate school sites throughout the Bedfordshire area for Luton Borough Council.

The SIP units were all design and build projects constructed under the terms of the JCT D&B Contract 2016.

All of the SIP units were constructed during normal term time inside the boundary of fully operational school facilities over 20 week programme periods.

The units were bespoke units that were designed and constructed for each of the schools’ specific needs and the education alternatives that they wanted to offer.

This particular unit was clad in Euroclad Vieo cladding with an external canopy for practical lessons.

All of the units were commenced and completed in the required time periods and all of the budgets were
not exceeded
