The Details

This project consisted of re-modelling and creating an open plan office space with new WC’s, changing rooms, showers and a reflection room. 

We refurbished the existing store rooms and redundant office space on the Lower Ground Floor of the Town Hall. The project involved pumped foul drainage solutions, full HVAC solutions, alarm systems, data installations and fully upgraded mechanical & electrical installations.

The project was carried out during predominantly normal working hours and we worked closely with the Town Hall Facilitates Management staff to ensure Town Hall operations were not hindered or affected in any way.
