The Details

The project involved structural repairs, temporary works, reinforcement of an existing vehicular bridge, including water management, existing brick arch retention, construction of new parapet walls, traffic management, improvements and installation of new ducting and cabling infrastructure, re-surfacing works, new traffic signals, road marking and improvements to the downstream scour protection.

All works carried out during daytime working with a mix of short term road closures, single lane closures and diversional works.
