The scheme has been developed to meet long-term community needs while respecting the historical, environmental, and ecological context of the site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"841\">Our scope of works includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1649\">\n<li data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"914\">\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"914\">Construction of new cemetery infrastructure and access arrangements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"1011\">\n<p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1011\">Extensive civil engineering and drainage works delivered in accordance with approved designs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1147\">\n<p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1147\">Installation of <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1073\">640m\u00b2 of permeable tarmac<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1106\">815m\u00b2 of impermeable tarmac<\/strong>, and a <strong data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1145\">420m\u00b2 concrete service yard<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1268\">\n<p data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1268\">Construction of around <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1206\">1,750 metres of deep drainage<\/strong>, supporting long-term site performance and flood resilience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1413\">\n<p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1413\">Delivery of <strong data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1337\">approximately 9,800m\u00b2 of\u00a0 Earthworks with hard and soft landscaping<\/strong>, enhancing the appearance, usability, and environmental value of the site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1513\">\n<p data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1513\">Full compliance with planning conditions, ecological requirements, and environmental safeguards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1649\">\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1649\">Delivery in line with detailed specifications, surveys, and manufacturer guidance to ensure quality, durability, and sustainability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"2040\">The project is being delivered in accordance with an extensive suite of technical documentation, including planning approvals, ecological assessments, arboricultural surveys, archaeological considerations, flood risk assessments, and hydrological studies.
