Following our developments of Phase 1 & 2 we are delighted to confirm we have been awarded the Design & Build contract for the Chalklands Phase 3 Development at Eastern Avenue, Dunstable.<\/p>\n
The project comprises of 4 new highly modern industrial units which include:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Demolition of the existing industrial buildings and on site recycling to reduce waste generation.
