We have signed a pledge, to support the Women in Construction initiative, created by\u00a0<\/span>National Federation of Builders (NFB)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Marketing Michaela Wain<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 the initiative is the start of a change from what is a highly stereotypical, male dominated industry, to a place where women and girls can equally thrive and succeed without bias. As a company, we are committing to encouraging more women into construction and ensuring the values of our business enable this aim.<\/span>

As well as our pledge, we are supporting one of our own employees\u00a0<\/span>Bluebell Owen<\/a>\u00a0to achieve her\u00a0\u2018ILM Level 5 Women in Construction – Leading with Integrity\u2019 qualification. We look forward to seeing Bluebell progress though the course and subsequently putting the skills & knowledge she will have\u00a0gained into action. We recognise empowering our staff is vital to the continued growth and success of the business and we are looking forward to Bluebell becoming an even more important part of our team.<\/span><\/p>\n
